Oh, you are clever chef! I stopped by your blog to check you out and to my surprise ... I kept looking and looking. what a majestic state Alaska is and your being in such an isolated spot surrounded with powerful scenery is magnificent! If ever I visit this land of Bears and northern lights I will stay there so you can prepare all of your wonderful meals. You are a consummate story teller.

Theresa - thank you so much for all your great comments on my posts. I am now retired from my AK chef gig, as of this year. But 11 seasons on that job yielded a lot of story and pic/vid materials. I'll post more of it in the near future. With my various other online activities taking up much time and energy, I can't post and communicate here as much as I'd love to. But I certainly won't be a stranger, especially since we're neighbors, I believe. Aren't you guys in San Antonio? (I'm in Austin.)
