Feeding the Ravenous Horde

http://feedingtheravenoushorde.blogspot.com

I am a diverse home cook who loves making new recipes and changing them up a bit. I have a horde of 4 very ravenous kids so we like to keep things fresh in the kitchen. Teaching my boys (and girl) to cook is important to me and they usually help out in the kitchen regularly. I love making crazy cakes for their birthdays, and I hope the memories we make in our kitchen are cherished as they grow up.

Many recipes are old family ones passed down from my culturally diverse background. Many others are ones I've found or developed on my own over the years. I will never post a recipe I haven't tried (even the disasters) and all photos are from our own kitchen. I hope you enjoy my blog and our attempt to keep our family fed on a budget.
