Unfortunately, I don't necessarily have a life plan. Or a dinner plan for that matter. Luckily for me, things work out most of the time.

I'll be posting some musings on food, eating, and life in general. Hopefully, some of it's interesting.

I'm not a recipe guy, at least not in the cookbook kind of way. I'm more of a "season to taste" or "add enough olive oil" kind of guy, so anything I post is a rough approximation. It may be too much or too little. I suggest tasting along the way. Kind of like life.
