There are two things I know are true:
1) Everyone needs to eat
2) There is never enough time to spend with your kids
To help address these issues in my life, I started having my kids cook dinner with me whenever possible, and guess what? We have a ton of fun, my kids love cooking, and it gives us that much more quality time to spend as a family. Plus, my kids can cook, a healthy skill they’ll carry with them through their entire lives.
Alex, Soph and I are here to show how we do it. Many of our recipes are basic, and we all do our own ‘age appropriate’ tasks, but we do it together, and you can too!
