Nice photograph Buck! Chef Brian who used to be a teacher at LAC was head chef before teaching and I heard he returned to Biltmore House. I would love to visit that place. I believe my late mother did get to go there with my middle sister.
Derek, My favorite drink is Kahlua and Cream over ice. I also enjoy Bailey's Irish Cream in a small snifter at room temperature. I used to drink more when I was in night clubs five or six nights a week, performing. But now, I do not think about it much.

Has anyone heard of an Angel's Kiss? I remember its tasting like heaven but the recipes I've seen don't look right. -
I have a free cookbook with some great alcoholic drinks (and a few non-alcoholic)

A caipirinha is one of my favorite summer drinks. Not quite frozen but close to it. Cut a lime in quarters and place it a glass. Add 3 to 4 spoons of brown sugar and mix it well into the lime. Add crushed ice all the way to the top of the glass then add cachaça (distilled sugar cane alcohol)

I also enjoy port. Taylor Fladgate is good, but I prefer Sandemen's. Madeira is another favorite and Rainwater Madeira can't be beat.
Biltmore in Asheville, NC produces a great holiday wine that is quite sweet and makes a great after dinner dessert wine. They also have a couple good clarets.
