If I do it out in the county all I have to deal with is the state health dept. I found that strange but it is one less thing to deal with. I was looking into the shared kitchen and have one place to talk too.

I do know you might need food handler or health certificate, check into that. And you might be able to share a kitchen with a business; other caterer or bakery or restaurant, where you rent and use their space when they are not using it. It might be a win-win situation.

I cant find a building I like here that doesnt cost thru the roof and had a good location. I can find empty lots but they want more than one with a building on it. Iam looking into getting an old grocery/deli building and converting it. I also want to get professional stuff for my kitchen. I have a huge kitchen (I mean huge) and i want to have a professional stove (the one I have now one of the eyes doesnt work) I want a dish washer (hate doing dishes) and cabinets. I have a mess for a kitchen right now. We redid a 1850's house. The first part of this house was built then) and the tile floor cracked around the door ways after they re did the supports. I just want to scream at my kitchen. That is the next big project after the flooding at the barn.

Actually, no I haven't. I make one cheesecake because it is so rich I do not bake it often. If I were to bake like I want to we wouldn't be able to fit through the door, plus, his precious Mother had diabetes and I want to make certain he keeps the sweets to a minimum.

What I long for Amy, is a professional kitchen all my own and a lot of cash to stock it full of the finest ingredients. PCH needs to drop by my place. I know exactly how to tithe and spend and share and invest. :D

have you tried a creme brulee cheescake? I have a recipe. My daughter and mom had one at Wolfgang Pucks and had to have a recipe for it.

Cheese and seli lunch meat. If I buy the prepackaged stuff it can sit but if I have fresh deli sliced cheese and meat it is gone within no time. My kids is pizza and mac n cheese. My hubby is hambuger meat and sausage.

What in your kitchen, whether food or anything else can you not live with?

For me it is ice-cream. If I have a carton of ice-cream in the freezer, it won't last more than a few hours. The size of the container is irrelevant. If I buy it in the evening, it will be wiped out by the morning.
