Best advice I can offer it this. Make a list of the foods he likes and does not like and then ask him which are the ones he feels are special. Prepare menus, like a restaurant, of these foods and make balanced mea selections, so he will be satisfied and feel full. Do not allow him to overeat and try some wines, a glass now and then. A wonderful dessert will seal the deal. The best ingredient is your conversation, and these candle light dinners.

Thanks for your explanation, I really liked the detail.
There are ingredients that can be considered 'aphrodisiac'? I do not believe
Some comments that were considered to clams and cumin, is not it?

I read somewhere a long time ago that the smell of cinnamon and (I think) vanilla are supposed to have a certain effect on men.

must be true, so many women's perfumes come with these fragrances.
I had an idea, vanilla and cinnamon seem good ingredients to put together a dessert (cake, custard, pudding, ice cream ...)

I have heard about oysters too. Anything that acts as an aphrodisiac really can help you to seduce him. A way to a man's heart is through his stomach!

Small portions so he doesn't get tired. Don't let his blood rush from his head when his stomach digests his meal. Keep it on the very light side, wide lots of different finger foods. Champagne and orange juice is a nice drink combination.

I also think a subtle parfum, just a tiny drop behind your ears, a beautiful dress and flowers helps. Put on soft music and listen to every word he says.

    Chocolate dessert.

Invite your partner into the kitchen. Create a meal or a dessert together while you share a bottle of wine.

You can't go wrong with chocolate anything. Try this Chocolate Lava Cake

    Ingredients

    ¼ cup butter

    ¼ cup semi-sweet mossels

    1 egg

    1 egg yolk

    ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

    2 oz white sugar

    2 teaspoons all-purpose flour

    Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Butter and flour four 4 ounce
    ramekins or custard cups.

In the top half of a double boiler set over simmering water, heat the butter and the
chocolate until chocolate is almost completely melted.

Beat the eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, and sugar together until light colored and thick.

Beat together the melted chocolate and butter. While beating, slowly pour the chocolate
mixture into the egg mixture, then quickly beat in the flour and mix until just combined.

Divide the batter between the four molds and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. The centers of
the cakes will still be quite soft. Invert cakes on serving plates and let sit for about 15
    seconds, then unmold.

Talking about seducing your man... The company I work for is starting a blog. Just a quick background: GemEx System (www.gemex.com or diamondlightperformance.com) is a company that certifies the beauty of a diamond. All other certificates for diamonds talk about the 4C's. Our technology scientifically measures the beauty of it, or in other words how brilliant the diamond is in natural and light settings (unlike in a jewelry setting). So due to the fact that the purchase of a diamond is an emotional one, one of the postings I would like to have every week would be romantic recipes. Any of you willing to share some? Of course we would give each person the due acknowledgement and links to your sites/blog
