I am breastfeeding my 2 month old son and he has cows milk protein allergies so I have cut out all dairy and soy but have very limited food I can eat anybody have any ideas to make my meals more interesting and tasty?

    My daughter has a cow's milk protien allergy and we just substitute any milk in a recipe with either almond milk or coconut milk. Works unless the recipe calls for cheese, which we either omit or just dont use that recipe. Good luck!
