Triple proteins - salmon, ham and chicken - gotta cover everyone. Roasted potatoes, asparagus, baby carrots, fresh bread and gravy (probably ham). Dijon dill sauce for the salmon and probably raspberry butter for the bread. I need to pick up pies (MIL wanted to contribute so she sent money for me to get them somewhere) and I have 2 wines to serve. Just us and MIL, but that makes 10 lol

I will be making a sauce. I will be putting in meatballs, sausage and spare ribs. I will probably pick a rigatoni to put this over. I will make a pork roast, and a salad with alot of fixings. I love salad. I will cube some cheese and make pesto and hummus for dipping. I will make garlic bread and fresh string beans. I will make some brownies for dessert. This is a triple party. It is Easter, my brothers birthday and my daughters birthday! My daughter is thinking of also making a coconut cake. She is a very good baker. We will be aboout 10. I am waiting a reply on two of the invitations. If they say yes we will be 16. Happy Easter Everyone.

For lunch I am making octopus with rice. For dinner Açorda de Marisco (Shellfish bread stew dish - hard to explain but so yummy)
Tomorrow lunch a nice Beef roast with lots of garlic cloves inserted in it with tabbouleh
    Dinner: leftover
Sunday lunch Leg of lamb with pinenuts rice and salad
Am sure will make more stuff, but this is what I have planned

    Happy Easter to all!

It's either going to be Outback or Shanghai (Chinese & Japanese) Today I do not have to cook.

The kids are so cute running around searching for the colored eggs. So much fun.
