I just posted a blog post about my favorite condiments. Right now my top one is probably Bufalo chipotle mexican hot sauce. What's yours?

    Piri-Piri: A Portuguese hot sauce that is very easy to make. Pour extra virgin olive oil and dried African chili peppers in a carafe . Let it stand on the counter until all or most peppers are on the bottom. Then it is ready to use over stews or brushed on grilled chicken

      We ate some of the Apricot Pear Jam we made in October and it was perfect! We need to do another session and switch up ingredients. I would like to make my own dill and butter pickles.

    I love jarred sauce because they are fresh, easy to use and are so adaptable to a chefs or cooks tweaking.

      I used plenty of olive oil in my dish last night. I have fallen in lovely love with this ingredient.
