Do you love baking? Have you regularly used recipes from Rose Levy Beranbaum's famous Cake Bible?

Well, we have a free copy of her new book, Heavenly Cakes, to give away to one special blogger. All you need to do in return is bake one or two of the recipes in her book and then write a blog post discussing the baking experience and reviewing the book in general.

That book is on my wish list! One of the finer ones out there. I'm not in the running, but I'm hoping someone will snag it and lead us through it!

In the meantime, you can check out heavenlycakeplace.blogspot.com/
Bloggers there are doing a Julie and Julia type blog where they bake each one of the cakes and blog about it.

  Catherine gave me a potion to drink and it is really good. Grate fresh ginger into glass. 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon, 1/2 seltzer water and 1/2 cranberry juice and some honey. Mix and sip on it. It is helping my throat. Hope you feel better soon.

  Well, get up 'cause it made my knees hurt just thinking about it. Ha. Looks like a mighty nice cookbook though. I have been looking at a number of her recipes yesterday.
