I love Schwan's... actually I love their lemon ice cream sandwiches and lemon ice cream in Summer!!

his ex wife was addicted to them and they can get kind of expensive if you have an addiction. I my self cam control that. I like to cook to much to have it premade for me.
But their ice cream is amazing

So okay, I bite. What's a Schwann's and what does a funnel cake stick look like? Do you have a link? And why doesn't your husband want you to buy from them?

Yeah I am on a Schwann's ban in this house. My hubby;s Ex use to order alot from them and now hubby doenst like them at all. I will have to see if I can sneak to get them. lol

they were perfectly round. They get them frozen I am sure and place them in the deep frier but I want to make them at home. I am going to have to experiment, Rebekka wants them dipped in chocolate.

I make funnel cake all the time, but not sure about sticks? Maybe they just piped them that way?

I went and got salads for lunch for the kids. They had funnel cake sticks. I had to order a few to see what they were like. My kids when nuts over them. They were like a funnel cake but in little round stick form. Rebekka says I need to take the batter and freeze them and then fry them. Does any one have any ideas on how to make them. They were kind of crispy on the out side and fluffy on the inside and dusted with powdered sugar.
