Hi, can you please tell me, if you can freeze green beans if so how thank you.

    You can freeze green beans. You need to blanch them for a couple of minutes in boiling water, then plunge them into ice water to stop the cooking. Drain well and package, label and place in the freezer. Enjoy!!

    ChefKRb is right, and they will keep for about 3 months in the freezer. Clean first, then top and tail them (trim off both ends) before blanching.
