Wishing everyone a joyful Easter. What are some of your favorite dishes you cooked today??
Ours are Italian Ham pie, ricotta pie with strawberries, baked glaze ham, smoked salmon leek/asparagus gruyere tart, basic marshmallow sweet potatoes, cheesy shrimp grits and lemon orange glazed Easter bread. (w/ colored easter eggs) We make these every year and try and something new. We served Bloody Mary's and Mimosas during our Easter Egg hunt and Shirley Temples for the Children.
