The 2011 Lenten Season ends this evening, and we can think about all the delicious foods we will share tomorrow. Easter is a nice time for family gatherings and to spend quality time in and around the kitchen, and sitting down to eat at the dining room table.
If you'd care to share your plans, your menu, or anything else (stories from your childhood days), it will allow us to extend this time a bit longer, here with our friends on HHM.

I am so sorry I did not respond earlier. Saturday we went to a Vigil mass that was something totally out of this world. Yesterday not having family living close by, my husband and my girls we decided to go eat lamb at a fantastic Greek restaurant, then headed over to friends house that just had a baby then to the zoo! Back home we did an easter egg hunt for the girls and made a simple dinner-

Sounds like a memorable family day. I bet the girls enjoyed their easter egg hunt.
We were quiet and spent time together. We don't get too much time to do this lately, and we took advantage.
