I would have much preferred us to eat supper with you, but I was whisked off to Outback Steakhouse as a treat. My husband thought he would give me a break from cooking. We enjoyed a good meal and this time, I didn't have to send anything back. Our waiter, Mike, listened to what I asked and it was delicious.

Wishing everyone a joyful Easter. What are some of your favorite dishes you cooked today??
Ours are Italian Ham pie, ricotta pie with strawberries, baked glaze ham, smoked salmon leek/asparagus gruyere tart, basic marshmallow sweet potatoes, cheesy shrimp grits and lemon orange glazed Easter bread. (w/ colored easter eggs) We make these every year and try and something new. We served Bloody Mary's and Mimosas during our Easter Egg hunt and Shirley Temples for the Children. Now we are all stuffed and exhausted. For some of the recipes visit my blog and I can post them here too!!
