Having issues adding recipes

Hi all,
For the second evening in a row, I have logged in, typed in a recipe, then clicked Submit, only to be asked to log in. Once I log in, my recipe is gone.

When I make another attempt to type the recipe, the issue happens again.

I have never been able to post a recipe here with success. Is there something I am doing wrong?
Is anyone else having this problem?

FYI, I have tried with Firefox 3.0.14 and IE8.

My image is 650 KB, well under the 2MB size limit.
