    The only way I like champagne is in a Mimosa. It is probably my least favorite alcoholic beverage.

      I'm with you on that one. It's my least favorite as well. As far as I'm concerned, it has but two uses, to 'toast' and get 'toasted.' :-D

    I do not think I have ever had any. I dont drink much of any thing with alcohol in it. I do enjoy some wine every once in a while and cook with that.

    I use champagne and raw sugar to macerate strawberries. I like to pour champagne over orange sherbet, too.

    I prepare Champagne (jelled) Desserts in Champagne Flutes. They look very pretty placed at each place setting and are so Light & Delicious. I even float a berry in each one and the berry stays suspended floating in the center.
