    1. Swiss grilled cheese sandwich
    2) Velvetta over vermicelli
    3) Brie warmed and spread on a cracker
    4) Mozzarella on pizza
    5) Ricotta in between lasagna noodles
    6) Parmesan and Romano grated together for pasta dishes
    7) Munster for a grilled ham and cheese sandwich
    8) Sharp Cheddar inside a souffle
    9) Gueyere inside pate a choux
    10) Camembert melted over crostini

    I love the smooth creaminess and all the flavors. There are tons of varieties, too!

    Allergic (not certain) but it would have to be blue cheese.

    1. Queijo da Serra - a soft Portugal cheese - plain with some good bread, then when all creamy part if done, cook some macaroni, place it inside the crust of the cheese, and bake it in the oven.
    2) Epoisse - similar to the first one
    3) Gorgonzola - plain with bread, mixed with butter and cognac on toasts or on just about any meal.
    4) Camembert - plain with bread or on pizza
    5) Cheese curds - warmed on skillet with spices over them
    6) Brie - plain
    7) Manchego - plain, on sandwiches or Spanish tortilla
    8) Fresh mozarella - on salad, pizza
    9) QUeijo da Ilha - Azores - plain, on sandwich
    10) Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese - on sandwich, mac n cheese

      There are quite a few on your list I haven't heard of before. Glad to know how to use them if ever I buy them.
