I just made a pound cake.
EASY POUND CAKE
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 sticks butter, room temperature
6 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
First cream butter and sugar. Then add all other ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease tube pan. Pour mixture into greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before you remove from pan

    lawrenceburgnow.com I do it for free so I just update it every two weeks or so. I have fun doing it and have alot of response form it. it is called the waylandcook and it is near the bottom of the page

    I looked but didn't see your entry on the site. When do you post again?

    The man who adopted my late Mother, when she was only two wks old, was the chief engineer on the Chattanooga Choo -Choo back in the 1920's and 1930's. Long story about Mother but interesting.

    I would also have to say “this one”, because I decided to bake it today and it was so simple and easy and turned out great.
    I only did a tiny thing differently . I added ¾ of fine chopped pecans and a few dashes of cinnamon, then added a few sprinkles of white power sugar on top.
    Gave it that extra yumm
