I have a surplus of NO style remoulade that I made with my trusty food processor and I am looking for interesting uses.

I know the usual suspects:
Catfish
Fried Green Tomatoes
Shrimp

any other ideas?

    Everything? Think 'really awesome mayo' and go with it. I'd be slappin' that stuff on everything that went by.

    What about lump crabmeat and sprinkle a tiny Chesapeake Bay Seafood Spice on top of the sauce?

    I'd think pretty much any seafood would work well. I make a Tilapia with Hollandaise but I bet you could substitute remoulade for the hollandaise sauce.

    Right now I am thinking maybe some flash fried Calamari?

      Cannot consume calamari but it always looks and sounds so interesting. It seems to be the only seafood I need to avoid, Calamari, Squid. Photo your dish because it sounds very tasty.
