Hope you will make Julia Child Appreciation Day, this Saturday, October 10th. I will post an announcement and I want all of us to prepare an authentic Julia Child Recipe. Really make it in our own kitchens along with in process photos, too. She was such a great lady. :D

I borrowed it. I could see the bright moon shining through the skylights. Even Lillian, my tortie cat she danced a cat ballet, in the moonlight, with her toy mouse. She twisted and arced in the air and was so deliciously feminine. Both Joe and I wished we had a video camera. She danced so beautifully. We never saw her do this before and she is now ten years old. :D

It's homemade spinach pasta - made with pureed spinach added to the egg before mixing with semolina flour. The dough was so very nice to work with - rolled beautifully and had a beautiful texture once cooked.

Y'all should try Carolina Gold Rice. It's an heirloom rice grown on the last remaining rice plantation in South Carolina. The aroma is beyond belief!

Jaffer, I love aromatic rice. Being raised on Uncle Ben's converted rice was good, but there are so many different varieties of rice that I have learned about over the past ten years Which do you like to use the most? And what type of fish did you have tonight. The meal looks delicious. :D
