I wrote up a recipe, and to my dismay there was no 'cockatail' or other drink category. Which category do I select to submit them?

The drinks that are here already have been filed under other categories: vegan, dessert, healthy, Mexican etc. I will get the word to the right guy and get a category up! Thanks for the heads-up db

  1/2 of a half gallon vanilla bean ice cream placed in a deep bowl.
  2 parts brandy
  1 part white creme de cocoa
  
  Using two table knifes, criss-cross cutting motions through the ice cream and blend in the liquors. Spoon into goblets and grate a tiny fresh nutmeg on top. Enjoy.

I cant drink any more but I went to a bar in new orleans that had the longest list of mixed drinks I have ever seen. They took up one whole wall. It was a bar by the college. a friend of my ex was a bar tender there.

I bought a bottle of sparkling Zinfandel two weeks ago when we had our cocktail party. I think having it chilled for two weeks is long enough. Joe is performing right now so I guess he won't get home until around 10PM. I can wait until then to open it.
