Hello Theresa and all of you in the HHM world. Some people call me TacoMan, others call me the Dean of TRU ( Taco Rack University) and I will leave out what still others have to say about me... I am here to teach the world a way to a better Taco! If you and all my fellow HHM companions want to enroll into TRU, the tuition is free ... We have only one credit to graduate! Our first Taco Cooking Lesson and class will be called, Taco Cooking 101... Who amoung you wants to learn about better tacos?

    Theresa you seem to be the first to enlist in out cause... Welcome... TRU is an idea I had when trying to solve how to inform people that I did not invent a new improved taco holder. I needed to highlight the fact that mine was actually Taco Cookware, and with it, everyone from young kids to adults could create far better tacos, without the mess and stress of dealing with their shape.

    The major Taco Shell companies all teach the public that all you bake is the shells. Where I beg to differ, I make it that you still cook their shells but do it in an improved manner. How so you may ask? LOL They tell you that you lay the shells on their sides on a cookie sheet! Next time look at their instructions. When you cook shells on their side two things happen. First the narrow, their opening closes due to gravity. And second they are now brittle... So now they want you to handle them, and have all your family spoon in fillings at the table, by hand into these fragile narrow shells! Not only do most shells crack this way, if you are lucky enough to make one, it is warm at best!

    At TRU, we only have one class... Learn that you need to Cook Tacos... Not Make them. How you cook them and how you totally eliminate the issues throughout is to use my inventions! I do not mean to sound like an infomercial. I would like you and all of you to know I am an American looking to improve the lives of all of us, including my families and mine. I manufacture here at home, in the USA. I have a big job ahead of me. There are a lot of people who know of no other way to make tacos, so when I can I try to shout this message. Thank you for getting a few more to hear it.

    I have a 4-5 min video I would like our community to watch. It was shot by Chef Kirk Leins out in CA. Kirk is a producer on the Judge Judy show and also a Chef of a magazine. Taco Cooking 101 class consists of understanding our Taco Cooking concept, with The Taco Rack! Once people get it, then I want them to explore the possiblitites of what they can create inside the many different Taco Shells out there.

    Chaffee mentioned Blue Corn Taco Shells... I have a friend who uses my products. Dimitria is a fitness instructor who found they are far healthier than the regular corn. I have also found low carb shells too out there, but a lot of people moved away from the hard shells and make soft only.

    With my products you can use hard or soft shells in the Taco Rack. Best part is you get the same hot tacos with melted cheese to the table in either shell! Here we make the double decker hard and soft taco at times, with a layer of cheese between the shells....

    What I want out of TRU is to free the people's mind and allow them to get creative. If you take away all the problems, it makes people say Hmmmm... The Second lesson at TRU... I want people to think of new ingredients for their tacos. There is a LARGE percentage of folks who know only ground beef. That has to change!

    I work with many top chefs who share with me their taco recipes. I intend to share them with all of you too. For example, Chef Ty in Dallas at the Gaylord Texan Hotel serves his Shredded Brisket Tacos on my products. When he sends me that recipe, I will post it on my page promoting his creation. Also a close chef friend of mine, Sue Torres... An iron chef who appears on the Food Network as a judge on the show Chopped... She has a Taco Al Pastor recipe I intend to share.

    The tacos my customers and friends create are very different. I have had Sushi Chefs create Sea Weed tacos on my racks but Sushi Tacos are very hot in CA. We make a grilled chicken with Brie and Avacados on my outside grill, that I also intend to share.

    I guess the message is that you can make far better and healthier tacos if you enroll in my Taco Cooking Revolution, pass Taco Cooking 101... Then open your mind to the possibilities...Only with The Taco Rack... Opps sorry,.,, I am always selling..

    So I hope you and the community do not look at me as just another snake oil salesman. I am one of you. I invented something that improves our cooking experience and I want all to use it. I have never had a return or a complaint in the quality or the claims of my products and I want all of us to know that not all goods come from China!

    If my messages or recipes offend anyone I apologize, but I am here to better things for all. If you like my message, help me in the cause to enlist more and more people into Taco Cooking...

    Count me In Tonight after everyone goes to bed I will start watching videos. We love tacos of any kind and to know how to make them better would be awsome. Oh and you will have two kids involved here too. one 15 andone 6

    I like soft tacos and wondered about a pastry cream with strawberry slices and whipped cream taco. Love those sweets!
