Is anyone watching Top Chef Masters on Bravo? One of my favorite chefs, Rick Bayless, is competing. He is the absolute master at Mexican cuisine and his cookbook, "Rick Bayless's Mexican Kitchen" is my bible for Mexican cooking. This is not a book for beginning cooks though, you need to be comfortable with basic cooking methods and techniques before you try his recipes. They are intricate, detailed and time-consuming, but when you are done, the results with be authentic!
