Well, I'm in the mood for pork chops grilled with garlic, olive oil and persaillotte, and then I make a wonderful gravy to go over my mashed potatoes and chops. I will oven roast some carrots with seasonings. I cut them in half length-wise and cook them @ 350º for 25 to 30 minutes. There won't be room for dessert, but I might convince myself to indulge in a scoop of chocolate ice cream.

This weekend am making a pork loins with mustard sauce for dinner tonight, Bœuf Bourguignon for tomorrow's dinner and Sunday most likely a soup.. hmm perhaps a French Onion soup!

  Hi, @urbanideas. I was reading your weekend menu, and I was wondering if you live anywhere near me, and if you like having people (moi) just "drop in" for dinner. I could bring the crusty French bread to go with the soupe à l'oignon français!
