It's Sunday. I'm so in my zone and no, it isn't football. It's anything about food and dinners and lifestyles and families and gatherings.

Presently, I am going through recipes located here and visiting members. Also, I am creating interview questions, checking out the CIA's baking & pastry cookbook, plus a few other things.

Yesterday, we went to see the movie, "2012." CGI = computer graph icing imagery is unbelievably realistic. As soon as we got home we had to eat and discuss the movie. If we have only 2 years 1 month and a few days here, as we know it, we had best enjoy this time. That something spectacular will or might occur is interesting, but it is highly unlikely to be the end.

I say to go see this flick while it is on the big screen. Once it is in DVD format you will not experience the same effects.

I was cooking barbecue pork and alton brown biscuits. (They rocked) . I am thinking about dinner, working with pigs, checking bees, and relaxing a little today.

We havent gotten any honey yet. These are new hives so we did not push them this year. It will be next year (hopefully) before we get honey. The man hubby learned from has close to 400 hives (i think he still has that many) and a lady online he learns from has 500. I could not imagine feeding that many. It takes alot to feed them. 3 parts sugar and 1 part water. (some use 2 to 1 ) they can drain a quart jar in under 45 minuets.

It was so beautiful out today! I did a ton of work and photographing this morning and then mid-afternoon we took the youngest 5 to a local attraction - Roadside American - the largest miniature village in the US. I haven't been for 10 years or so and it's exactly the same. Very neat story : roadsideamericainc.com/

I finally got to sit bak down. Fed the pigs for the second time, fixed dinner, and my blood sugar crashed. Now I dont feel so good. I am siting here watching more Alton Brown and learning more science about my food.

Well, tonight I have been attending Catherine's Saturday night Thanksgiving Exchange. We have been enjoying ourselves and two new people stopped by. Greg and Bunny!

Tonight I am going to record Saturday Night Live and when Joe finishes his gig and checked on the home we are selling, we will view it together. Technology has improved our lives.
