So, we\'ve all passed up some exotic food at some point. \r\nWhat\'s your regret?\r\n\r\nMine are (i) hundred year eggs and (ii) drinking a snake (blood, then bile, followed by vodka), both from Taiwan. Just couldn\'t do it, but now, 20 years later, I wish I had.

I am not very adventurous when it comes to exotic dishes. I tend to become squeamish. I did once chew a small bit of escargot for about 20 minutes before I finally gave up and put it into my napkin. I was 18 years old and they were not prepared properly, I'm sure, because we were at a nightclub. I tried frog legs but I felt terrible afterwards.

I would have to say a typical Portuguese meal which is "Arroz de Lampreia". A rice cooked with the blood of a type of eel. The smell made me never be able to try it, which is vry uncommon for me. But I am hoping one day I will

Somehow even though it is twenty some odd years later, I do not think you should change your decision. I don't know but 100 year old eggs, snake blood, bile followed by vodka! There really must be something better to try! but that is just my thought on your thoughts.

Not exactly exotic, but I would say liver and onions. It smells so good but I just can't bring myself to eat it!! I think you made the right decision! I saw Anthony Bourdain drink snake blood and then drink tequila on one of his shows in Mexico and he made a horrible face afterwards!
