What are some of you making for dinner tonight? I am making catalina chicken, basmati rice, and sauteed zucchini.

Tonight it was Chimmi Chicken, Lemon Garlic Rice and steamed veggies. I was just going to post the rice recipe. Very simple and oh so delicious.

I confess by the time I looked up it was 11:15PM so I opted to fix angel hair pasta and threw a little roasted garlic alfredo sauce with a sprinkling of old bay seasoning on top. I polished it off with a cold coke. 'm bad!

We're having pizza for lunch and tonight, since there is a sale on snow crab legs @ $2.99 LB (limit 10 LBS,) be assured I will get the maximum amount.

Stored in my freezer they have great shelf life, a few months in fact. They are so convenient for I am able to control the portions I use as needed.

This evening I will run the crab under cold water then allow them to defrost. I will choose enough for our main dish and some extra so I can prepare Penny's lovely crab dip! Bon Appetite!

Leftovers and ice cream. DOn't tell I am cheating. It isn't Sunday but I was feeling sorry for myself ... just a little bit. I ate the leftovers for lunch and I will fry some chicken wings. Comfort food.

My chicken wings were golden brown and so juicy inside I threw myself a kiss. I polished off an ice cold glass of chocolate milk and will drink lots of water. Until midnight at least. Then it is nothing until tomorrow or Friday.

Soup tonight! I have 6 on the stove - mostly for blog posts, but also because 4 kids are home sick - I sent them back too early.

For us, it's Santa Maria-style tri-tip, salad, bread, fresh salsa and beans. This Cajun is going California style!

Everyone's dinner sounds delicious. I especially I want to eat at amybyrd's house!!
