I have been eating pasta ever since I pronounced spaghetti(pha-skhet-tee).

The first way I ate it was with butter and salt, and the next was with my Daddy's perfect spaghetti and meat sauce. Another was when he made it with meatballs. I recall one day I decided to pair it with Velvetta Cheese and milk. Finally, when I was fourteen, I made barbeque spaghetti because I was very hungry, couldn't wait for supper, and didn't want to bother making spaghetti sauce from scratch. Perhaps I'll share my secret recipe here. We'll see.

This went on for years until I had tried many Italian dishes; Chicken Parmesan, Veal Parmesan (which I no longer partake) and Fettuccini Alfredo.

Since those growing years, I have enjoyed so many different pasta dishes and I love almost all of the ones I have tried and of the recipes I have seen in the Pasta Cookbook, which I reviewed about a month ago. This little cookbook is amazing and thorough. I forgot to mention that it only cost $2.99 + tax and I bought it at Borders bookstore. It is a treasure for any pasta lover.

My two-part question is this: What is you favorite pasta dish out of all the ones you have tried? If you were only allowed to choose three, which recipes would yours be?

I must say my favorite is puttanesca. Just love it. Grew up with it, loved it as a kid, love it today!

I have never heard of this dish. Can you upload a recipe and photograph, please? And then copy and paste the link underneath my reply? That would be perfect. Thanks!

I had this creamy Ebiko Spaghettii @ Tokyo Cafe. The resto serves westernized food with a Japanese twist. and it was really good... Like a shrimp bisque sauce, but with chunky shrimps and karashi ebiko (fish eggs)...
