For those of us who eat beef, I wonder which cuts are your favorites and how you like them prepared.

If you would like to add one or two of your favorite recipes, they would be most welcome.

While I love sirloin, my favorite is porterhouse, prime rib, steamship round, ground chuck, stewing beef and beef sausage.

Heat skillet, add a dsah of olive oil and salt and fry both sides until rare to medium rare. Mushroom sauce, vine ripe tomato slices, green salad and potato. Creme brulee for dessert.

One of my favorite steaks is Skirt Steak, hands down! I love it grilled plain with just garlic pepper. Yum! The trick with Skirt Steak is how you cut it. You have to cut it against the grain. Another favorite of mine is Shell Steaks. It is just too much for me, my mouth is watering writing about this. I love my steaks grilled, and medium rare.

I love a green salad with my steak also, with oil and vinegar dressing. Baked potato too, but I will go for either apple pie or cheese cake for dessert.

making tonight a rump roast in the crockpot. First I did a few slices to the meat and added garlic into each slice, then I browned all side of the meat. Sliced onion and added it to bottom of crockpot, then good red wine a package of dry onion soup then the meat. Letting it slow cook till dinner. Added a few cut veggies (carrots, corn and green beans 3 hours into it). Will be serving homemade with veggie pasta.
