Ingredients
3/4 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup dark rum
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup grape tomatoes (cut in-half)
2 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Worcesthire sauce
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp cardamom
1 Tbsp fresh dill (diced)
1 Tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a heavy stock pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 to 45 minutes. Stir often to check for reduction and desired consistency.
