Pork loin is one of my favorite proteins because it can be prepared so many ways. Pork's mild flavor tends to match well with many different seasonings and sauces, but I especially love giving it some Asian flair. This recipe is simple, but the taste is phenomenal. Serve it with some steamed rice and vegetables and you have an amazing meal in less than 35 minutes!
¼ cup sesame oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 ½ teaspoons pepper
2 pounds pork tenderloins
1/3 cup sesame seeds, toasted
The night before, mix all the ingredients except for the meat and sesame seeds, in a large dish. Place pork into the marinade and turn over to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (8 hours).
Remove pork from marinade and place in a foil lined roasting pan. Pour marinade over pork in roasting pan. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Once ready, place pan in the middle of the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
Remove pork from the oven and allow to sit for at least 10 minutes. This will keep all the juices from running out when you slice it. Before you serve, sprinkle pork with sesame seeds. Cut pork into slices and serve.
