Asparagus Soup in Seconds
Description
I whipped this up to take to work in a thermos. I spotted the same recipe in "allrecipes.com" website; just like mine! The milk and butter really add a lot of flavor and richness.

1 (15 oz.) canned asparagus
1 (14.5 oz) canned chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
1 T. butter
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
Preparation
Blend asparagus with its liquid until smooth; in blender or food processor.
In med. saucepan over med. heat; combine asparagus and broth. Stir in milk. Bring to a low simmer. Stir in butter and season to taste.
