Asparagus with Herbed Goat Cheese Wrapped in Prosciutto
Description
Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto and herbed Goat Cheese is a delicious and easy appetizer. I fill a flower vase with them to make it look like a fresh edible floral centerpiece. Enjoy! xx Bunny

25-35 trimmed Asparagus stalks
4-5 ounces Mild Goat Cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1t. Of fresh minced parsley
15-20 Slices of Prosciutto
Preparation
After trimming the asparagus woody tips, cook in salted boiling water for 5 minutes and then plunge into ice bath to shock and stop cooking. Mix Goat Cheese with salt, pepper, garlic and any fresh minced herbs if you like. Spread over a thin slice of Prosciutto that has been sliced crosswise. Wrap Asparagus into a bundle and then serve to your guest.
