80gr. white flour
30gr. almonds
30gr. Hazelnuts
50gr. Sugar
70gr. butter softened at room temperature
30gr. Dark Chocolate
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
* Grease and flour a baking sheet. Sift the flour and arrange on a fountain in the center Put the butter, sugar, salt, almonds and hazelnuts pulverized.
* Mix all ingredients well and knead the dough without working much. Then wrap in a sheet of plastic wrap (or wax paper) and store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
*Cut the dough into small cubes weighing approximately 5 gr. each, form small balls with the palms of your hands, mash them slightly behind and arrange on prepared plate. Bake in oven preheated to 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
* Cut the chocolate into pieces small and melt in double boiler.
* When the Baci di Dama are completely cold add them two at a time with a drop of melted chocolate.
