Baked Cheese in a Box

This is such a good recipe for cheese lovers everywhere, it's so tasty!

1 Camembert cheese in a box
Salt And Pepper
extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tspn chopped fresh thyme
fresh crusty bread
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 190C/375F/gas M5.
Use a sharp knife to cut the top off the cheese, that's just the skin only.
Season and sprinkle with olive oil and a little fresh thyme.
Place in the oven for 10-15mins until cooked through and browned on top.
Remove from the oven and serve with lots of warm crusty bread.
This dish is very much like a fondue. Enjoy!
