Baked Salmon
Description
While I was a cook at my home town restaurant, I learned some delicious seafood recipes.

1 lb. skinless salmon fillets
1 tsp. dried oregano flakes
2 gloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 Tbsps. chopped parsley
1/4 cup dry br
1 Tbsp. vegetable oilead crumbs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place salmon in a nonstick baking pan and sprinke with seasonings.
Layer the salmon with tomato and onion slices, then sprinkle with parsley.
Mix the bread crumbs with veg. oil and sprinkle over the salmon.
Bake for 8 to 10 mins. or until salmon flakes. Serve with baked potatoes, tossed green salad, and fresh french bread.
