Description

I've always loved Banana/Peanut Butter sandwiches but I'm trying to cut down on my carb intake.

This is a great breakfast shake that will give you the energy you need to start the day.

Oh, I forgot to mention - it tastes absolutely fantastic!

Ingredients

1 cup Milk
2 tbsp Peanut butter
1/2 cup Plain yogurt
2 tbsp Melted chocolate or cocoa powder
4 Ice cubes
2 Bananas (chopped into cubes)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency. If you like your smoothies thicker, don't blend as long. Likewise, if you like them thinner blend them a little longer.
