Description
I just had a craving for something crispy, sweet, and easy. I had to use what ever I had on hand because that night was a blizzard here in Minnesota. Anyhow it was so easy and mmmm.....mmmmmm...good. Hope u enjoy. Also, only make what you want to eat.

1 banana
1 flour tortilla shell (medium or large)
2 Tbsp chocolate chips
honey for glazing, whipped topping and chocolate syrup for topping
Preparation
Place a whole or half banana in tortilla shell. Next, add chocolate chips (butterscotch and/or caramel chips if you desire) and sprinkle around banana. Roll the shell up tightly like your little monkies in bed. Glaze entire outside with honey. U can use the honey at the seams to seal the shell. Place in deep fryer (clean oil) or use a fry pan on medium heat if u don't have the deep fryer. Cook until golden brown. Only takes a few minutes on all sides in the fry pan. Remove an place on paper towel so the excess oil can drain. The finishing touches are completey up to your sweet tooth. I rolled the tortilla in granulated sugar, topped with whipped topping and drizzeled on the chocolate syrup. Enjoy
