Description
There are hundreds of varieties of bananas. 'Saba' or Cooking Bananas is an all time personal favorite especially if it is cooked like this. Aside from it is delicious, nutritious and economical it is available all throughout the year.
There are just too many delicious creation you can do with Banana.

2 cups Wash Sugar
10 pcs Saba Banana
1 cup cooking oil
Preparation
- Peel the Banana and cut it into 4 parts diagonally. Don't pick ripe banana, it will be very tender.
- Preheat the Pan, put and oil and fry the Banana
- After frying all the banana, set the fire to medium. Using the same oil in the pan, put the banana and sugar together in the pan. Take note, don't touch it until you see the sugar starts to melt. That is the indication that you start mixing the sugar and the banana.
Just make sure don't burn the sugar or it will have a bitter taste. When the sugar start to stick to the banana, it is just right. Place it in the platter and let it cool. Imagine Banana coated with caramelized sugar.
