Fall of the bone tender and delicious. The pressure cooker does most of the work for you.

BBQ Sauce (eg. Heinz)
Apple Cider Vinegar
Put pressure cooker on stove at a very low heat.
Add about a tablespoon of olive oil.
Add garlic. Add Pork ribs.
Stir fry until pork about 1/2 cooked.
Add BBQ sauce and about 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar.
Close pressure cooker and cook for about 20 minutes. Let the pressure out.
Put additonal BBQ sauce on the ribs and place in an oven / broiler. (In Japan, most people do not have ovens, so we use the fish broiler instead.).
Cook until brown. Flip ribs to other side. Cook until brown.
