BBQ Steak Wrap
Description
I have not eaten steak since I was a little girl. I decided when I was 5 that I did not like it and have not touched it since then. I am currently dieting and my boyfriend was getting a little tired of pork, chicken, and fish, so I found this AMAZING healthy recipe that features steak.

4 8 inch whole wheat/fat free tortillas or flatbread
2 cubs baby spinach (bagged)
1 cup cooked frozen corn
1 cup canned drained/rinsed black beans
.5 cup low fat cheddar cheese
2 cups thinly sliced cooked steak
4tbs BBQ sauce of your choice
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ยบ.
Top each tortilla/flatbread with even amounts of spinach, corn, beans, cheese, and steak.
Drizzle BBQ sauce and wrap them up.
Place on baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray.
Heat in oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned (mine only took about 5 minutes). Note: I used a flatbread instead of a tortilla, which I recommend because the flatbread is more durable. The steak I used was already in the freezer ... best to use thin cuts with fat trimmed. I grilled it using a grill pan and then cut it into strips for the wraps ... super easy! I served the BBQ Steak Wraps with Baked Mac and Cheese. The wraps are only 8.2 grams of fat and 340 calories.
