A delicious meal that tastes really good and is perfect any night of the week :)

Ingredients

Parsley stem
2Quantity Carrots
Oyster sauce
Tomatoe paste
Onions
Celery
Olive oil
Bread flour
Tenderloin beef
Bay leaf
Lemon
Brown stock
Thyme
Soy sauce
Butter

Preparation

Saute the onion, carrots in butter until brown
Pour flour until it covers the onion and carrots
Add the brown stock
Put thyme. Bayleaf
Stir until well mixed
Put it in a blender then blend it
Mix it it with salt
Then thats the espagnole sauce.
Marinade the beef
Then fry it for 5 mins
Then roast it for 15 mins.
Then after put the espagnole sauce in to beef.
Thats all.
