Best Loved Chocolate Cheesecake
Description
This is one of my favorite holiday desserts. I try to make something different each year for my family. They enjoy it very much. sometimes instead of drizzling choclate sauce on top, I like to use crushed peppermint candy and sprinkle on top or put christmas colored sprinkles on top too.

Quick Chocolate Crumb Crust:
1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 cup butter
Filling:
3-8oz. packages of cream cheese
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 tsps. vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
1 Tbsps. all purpose flour
3 eggs
Quick chcolate Drizzle:
1/2 cup semi-sweet chcolate pieces
2 tsps. shortening
Preparation
Pepare chocolate crumb crust.combine chocolate crumbs with butter and press onto th bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Beat cream cheeseand sugar untill well blended. Add sour cream and vanilla. beat untill blended. beat in coca and flour. Beat in eggs 1 at a time untill blended. Pour mixture into crust.
Bake at 450 for 10 mins. Reduce temp. to 250 degrees, bake for 40 mins.
Remove from oven to a wire rack.
With a knife, loosen cake from side of pan. Cool completelyRemove side of pan.
Prepare chocolate drizzle.
Place chocolate pieces and shortening in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 30 sec. stir and microwave for 15 sec. at a time until melted.
Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the cheesecake.
Another idea is to crush peppermint candies and sprinkle on top.
