Very easy and quick sugestion for breakfast! And your children can help you to make them!
3 Slices of bread
1 egg
1 / 3 cup milk
A pinch of salt
Place in the blender bread pieces, egg, milk and salt.
Beat until batter is smooth.
Preheat a frying pan with butter.
With a tablespoon mold small pancakes, it takes about 3 tbsp each.
Fry and turn them until they golden on both sides.
Tip: You can add 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese to the mix to have a different taste to it. Also you can add sugar to the mix ,if you have a “sweet tooth” like me. And while they still warm, add some butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
