Broccoli Rabe, Sun Dried Tomato, Cannelloni Beans & Noodles

This is a simple and delicious meal.

1 bunch of broccoli rabe
1- 15.5 oz. can of cannelloni beans-drained
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 cloves of garlic – crushed & chopped
½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
½ cup of sun-dried tomatoes – chopped coarse
¼ cup of chicken broth
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
½ box of your favorite noodles
grated Romano cheese
Preparation
In a large frying pan heat oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, sun-dried tomatoes. Allow the garlic to become slightly toasted.
Add the broccoli rabe and the broth: cover and cook until the broccoli turns bright green. Uncover and continue to cook about another 3-4 minutes. Add the beans and lemon juice, toss, cover and turn the heat off.
Prepare the noodles as directed and add to the broccoli rabe. Garnish with the Romano Cheese.

This is my favorite kind of meal!! I am trying to be reasonable about the serving size of pasta, and the other ingredients look so luscious and tasty that I won't need much pasta! Bravo!
