Broccoli Salad
Description
I don't know were I found this recipe but I like it. I have made a few modifications. Everyone who has tasted the salad has asked for the recipe.

5 cup Broccoli Florets, fresh
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Bacon, Cooked, Crumbled
1/4 cup Red Onion, Chopped
1 cup Frozen Mini Peas, thawed
Dressing
1 cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Sugar or Sugar Substitute
Preparation
Combine broccoli florets, raisins, sunflower seeds, crumbled bacon, chopped onions, and peas in a large serving bowl. In a separate bowl or large cup, wisk together mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Add dressing to the salad and toss to mix well; chill thoroughly before serving.
Optional: add 1 small can crushed Pineapple, drained. Or add 1 small can dried cranberries instead of raisins. Swap sunflower seeds with crushed Pecans.
