A delicious Pumpkin Cheese Ball, perfect for the entire Autumn season. I love to serve this with a crisp white wine or a hot mulled cider all they way through Thanksgiving. It only takes minutes to make and all your guest will be delighted by the delicious herbed cheese flavors and the festive presentation it makes.
2 (8-ounce) blocks sharp Cheddar Cheese, softened
1 (8- ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 ( 8-ounce) container chive-and-onion cream cheese
2 teaspoons Paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 Broccoli stalk
Combine Cheddar Cheese and next 4 ingredients in a bowl until blended. Cover and chill apprx. 4 hours (if you have time). Form into a ball/pumpkin shape.
Shape- mixture into a ball to resemble a pumpkin. Smooth service and using a butter knife make vertical grooves to resemble a pumpkin on the ball.
Cut the stem off of a broccoli stalk and put in the top of cheese ball to resemble a pumpkin
Serve with crackers, and apple slices.
