These lovely and delicious fresh figs are filled with a small ball of fresh mozzarella and wrapped in a thin slice of prosciutto. They are then baked in an oven for a few minutes until golden and bubbly. After they are removed from the oven I drizzle a splash of Tracy's wine drizzle over the top to give them a little extra sass. I discovered Tracy's wine drizzles while on vacation in the Niagara on the Lake region of Canada while browsing in a little cooking boutique. This is guaranteed to delight your guests and it is done in only minutes.
